Notifly
Notifly is a Shopify app created by Little Forge Digital. When you install the app on your store, Shopify shares certain information with us so the app can function.
What we receive from merchants
- Your store name and URL
- Product inventory and pricing data (to monitor trigger conditions)
- App settings you configure inside Notifly
Customer subscriber data
When customers subscribe to notifications through your store, Notifly collects and stores the following on behalf of the merchant:
- Email address (if subscribing to email notifications)
- Phone number (if subscribing to SMS notifications)
- The product and price threshold they subscribed to
This data is used solely to deliver the notifications the customer requested. It is never sold or shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
Third-party services
Notifly uses the following third-party providers to deliver its service:
- Resend — email delivery
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Railway — application hosting
- BetterStack — logging and monitoring
Each provider processes data only as necessary to perform their function.
GDPR compliance
Notifly implements Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks. Upon receiving a customer data request or erasure request, we process it promptly. Merchants can also contact us directly at support@littleforgedigital.com to request data deletion.
Data retention
If you uninstall Notifly, Shopify automatically revokes our access to your store. Any settings or data stored for your app configuration are removed shortly after.
Requesting deletion
If you want to request deletion of any remaining app data associated with your store, you can contact us at: support@littleforgedigital.com
Loyalfly
Loyalfly is a Shopify app created by Little Forge Digital. When you install the app on your store, Shopify shares certain information with us so the app can function.
What we receive from merchants
- Your store name and URL
- Your app settings, including earn rates, tiers, rewards, campaigns and email settings
- Loyalty records for your customers, which you create or import: name, email address, points balance and history, tier, and referral activity
Customer data
Loyalfly stores loyalty information for your customers on your behalf. We use it only to run your loyalty program: earning and redeeming points, tier changes, and program emails. We do not sell it.
Third-party services
Loyalfly uses these providers to deliver the app:
- Resend: sends Loyalfly's program emails
- SendGrid: used only if you connect your own SendGrid account (Pro plan)
- Klaviyo and Omnisend: used only if you connect these integrations (Pro plan)
- Railway: hosts the app and its database
- Better Stack: stores application logs. Customer email addresses are masked in logs
Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its function.
Data requests and erasure
- Customer data requests: we respond within 30 days. The merchant can also export a customer's record from the Customers page or as a CSV.
- Customer erasure: when a customer's data is erased, we replace their email with a placeholder and clear their name. Their points history is kept, without identifying details, for reporting.
- Uninstalling: when you uninstall Loyalfly, Shopify revokes our access to your store. Within 48 hours we erase all of your store's data, including customers, points history, tiers, rewards and settings.
